Robin Hood and the Merry Men

Set in 12th-century Nottingham under Prince John’s rule, players each lead a legendary outlaw and compete to protect the town and rescue a captured noblewoman. Play runs over five rounds, each split into a Merry Men phase and a Hero phase. In the Merry Men phase players assign loyal companions via cards to gather resources, build barricades, lay traps, and prepare for incoming guards. In the Hero phase players send their leader on missions: ambush guards and carriages, enter archery contests, free prisoners, and complete tasks for absent King Richard. The game combines worker placement, hand management, set collection and dice-driven conflict. Victory is determined by victory points earned from protecting Nottingham and fulfilling objectives.
