20 Second Showdown

Players split into two teams and sit facing each other while a referee reads challenges and operates a two-sided sand timer. Each round starts with an equal amount of sand in both halves; the referee flips the timer and reads a challenge, then the active teams race to complete tasks before their side’s sand runs out. Completing challenges quickly shifts the sand pressure onto the opposing team; the first team to have their sand fully run out loses the round. Play proceeds in quick, timed rounds until one team wins three rounds.
