A strategic simulation of the Second World War across Europe and the Pacific, played at a grand operational level. Players manage production, research, diplomacy, and military deployments while commanding land, sea, and air forces across a global map. Units include infantry, armor, marines, paratroopers, carriers, submarines, cruisers, battleships, and a variety of aircraft types; combat and movement resolve through conventional operational mechanics. Players allocate industrial capacity to build forces, invest in technologies such as strategic bombing or nuclear weapons, conduct partisan and diplomatic actions, and choose where to open offensives or fortify defenses. Gameplay emphasizes long-term planning and resource tradeoffs as players balance military campaigns with political and technological options.
