煉金牌

Players take the role of rival alchemists repeating transmutation experiments to refine a formula for pure gold. Each round deals cards and players bid how many tricks they or their team will take. Players lead with non-gold suits and must follow the rule that a suit already played in the trick cannot be led again unless playing a gold card; the highest number wins the trick while gold cards act as trump. The lowest non-gold card’s player may add a matching gold card from the supply to their collection when available, and gold cards played in tricks return to the supply. Rounds end when a player cannot play a valid base-metal card and lacks or declines to play a gold. Score is awarded for meeting or exceeding bids and for gold cards collected; the highest scorer wins a nugget, and the first to collect two nuggets wins the game.
