City of Mist

A role-playing game of film-noir investigation and super-powered action set in a modern metropolis filled with crime, conspiracies, and mysteries. Characters are ordinary people who embody legendary figures, balancing their mortal identities and ambitions against the influence of their Mythos. Players investigate cases, confront rival legends, and shape the story through narrative moves and free-form tags describing abilities, powers, gear, and allies. Mysteries and Identities guide character development, while status spectrums represent lasting advantages, setbacks, and consequences in and out of combat.
