Excalibur

A character playbook for a City of Mist RPG character, it features an old-money socialite and fierce social activist who has discovered the ultimate weapon. She leads a charitable foundation and draws on her status and connections across the city to support community initiatives, pursue social change, and create better opportunities for disadvantaged populations.
