If you send an Agent to a space with a Sardaukar Commander you may spend 2 Solari to acquire and immediately recruit it; acquiring gives you a choice of a face-up Sardaukar Commander Skill, and recruiting places the Commander in your garrison or (if you sent an Agent to a Combat space) deploys it to the Conflict — it counts as a troop worth 2 strength and returns to your supply after combat (pages 3–4).

No — once per turn (Agent or Reveal) you may pay 2 Solari to recruit one Sardaukar Commander from your supply; you cannot recruit more than one from supply in the same turn (page 4).

All of your Sardaukar Commander Skills are active while you have any number of Sardaukar Commanders in the Conflict, but each individual Skill’s effect can only trigger once per round, even if you have multiple Commanders (page 4).

Yes — you may place a Spy on an observation post occupied by opponents’ Spies (or on an unoccupied post), but you may not place a Spy where you already have one of your own (page 5).

“Command (6+)” is a Reveal-box threshold: during your Reveal turn you get the Command effect if you generate 6 Persuasion or more (including any Persuasion printed on the card itself) (page 5).

Tech tiles are acquired only via the Acquire Tech mechanism at the Ixian Embassy by paying the spice cost shown on a face-up top tile; the Ixian Embassy grants a −1 spice discount if you have a High Council seat and some cards grant a single Tech Discount of −1 spice, and you may combine the High Council discount with one Tech Discount but you cannot stack multiple Tech Discount icons (page 6–7).
