Dune: Imperium – Immortality
Introduce a new Tleilaxu faction that pursues genetic research and political influence. Players recruit specialists, acquire a Tleilaxu deck of unique cards, and draft cards to build capabilities. Actions let players hire Face Dancer spies, perform experiments to regrow tissue or organs, and create gholas—revived individuals with altered abilities. Use shadowy deals to obtain genetic specimens, combine and graft cards to enhance Agents, and leverage research to gain strategic advantages within the core deckbuilding and worker placement framework.

Do I have to play two cards when I play a Graft card — can I play a graft card by itself?
You must play exactly two cards when you play a Graft card (either two Graft cards or one Graft + one non‑Graft); a Graft card cannot be played alone, and you gain the effects of both cards and may use either card’s Agent icon (pages 10–11).
If my research token reaches the second genetic marker, does triggering Research still advance my token?
No — once you reach the second genetic marker, triggering the Research icon no longer advances your research token; instead you draw a card when you trigger Research (page 6).
How do specimens work — where do I put them and how do I spend or return them?
Whenever a specimen icon appears you take a troop from your supply and place it in the Axolotl tanks as a specimen; you spend specimens from the tanks to acquire Tleilaxu cards or to pay specimen costs on cards and return spent specimens to your supply, and you may return specimens to your supply at any time (page 8).
Can I acquire Tleilaxu cards using effects that acquire Imperium Row cards or that modify persuasion costs?
No — Tleilaxu cards are acquired from the Tleilaxu Row by spending specimens and cannot be acquired by effects that take cards from the Imperium Row or that refer to persuasion costs (page 9).
What is the Reclaimed Forces card in the Tleilaxu Row — is it removed when someone takes it?
Reclaimed Forces is permanent in the Tleilaxu Row and is never removed; when a player acquires it they choose one of its effects (recruit two troops or advance one space on the Tleilaxu track) but leave the card in place, and the row is refilled from the Tleilaxu deck as needed (page 9).
What does the Family Atomics token do and when can I use it?
Once per game you may spend your Family Atomics token to remove all cards from the Imperium Row and then deal a new Imperium Row from the top of the Imperium Deck (page 12).
