Players take opposing class roles in a nation slipping toward repression, debating policies and steering the country's ideological balance between authoritarian control and civil liberty. Gameplay centers on proposing, voting on, and enacting laws while managing class interests, public unrest, crime, and environmental decline. New policy options and mechanics let players expand surveillance, restrict speech, or defend freedoms, and introduce pollution and ecological effects that influence long-term quality of life. Decisions affect political power, class fortunes, and the national trajectory as players use voting, resource management, and strategic influence to reshape democracy and pursue their faction’s vision.
