Kanban EV: Upgrade Pack

This pack adds two optional modules to the base game. One module introduces persistent special abilities that players may unlock by spending shifts, altering available actions and strategic options over the course of a session. The other module adds seven unique garage tiles that change the layout and available placement choices on the board.
