沿着险象环生的河流划独木舟，在对手之前收集并保管宝石。玩家移动船只，从河岸的宝石储藏处拿取宝石，并努力率先收集到指定数量的宝石来获胜。 河流会根据玩家的行动和天气效果动态改变流向，影响移动并将独木舟推向瀑布。跌下瀑布边缘的独木舟需要付出高昂代价才能替换，而敌对的强盗还可能从防守薄弱的船上偷走宝石，因此路线选择和时机与收集策略同样重要。
