Star Realms: Crisis – Heroes
Adds a new card type—heroes—that enter play immediately when purchased and provide powerful one-time effects. Each hero has a scrap ability that triggers its effect and activates ally abilities for the turn, creating short-term combos with other cards in the deck. Includes a set of 12 distinct hero cards with varied roles such as commanders, pilots, leaders and operatives that interact with existing factions and mechanics. Players integrate heroes into their decks to alter tempo, enable synergies, and create new tactical choices during rescue, attack, and deck-building decisions.

Ivan Madd10.0 The hero cards are very weak (mostly because they're one time use only). However, they're also very cheap and do not get added to your deck so you don't have to worry about them clogging it up. This makes them a good purchase if you have the extra gold lying around after making your other desired purchases, but they'll never be a top pick themselves.
