Star Realms: Fortress Oblivion Promo Card
A small promo card that functions as a red base costing 3 and provides a persistent effect while in play. When the base is played or if any base was played that turn, it grants the option to scrap a card from hand or the discard pile, allowing players to remove unwanted cards from their deck. The card appears in alternate-art variants and was released as part of an early promotional pack.
