The Reckoners

Players take the roles of a small team of ordinary humans fighting corrupted superpowered individuals in a ruined city. The group researches Epics to discover vulnerabilities, moves around the map, equips gear, and launches coordinated attacks to weaken and ultimately defeat the central tyrant. Gameplay is cooperative and simultaneous: each player rolls and manages dice (with rerolls and equipment effects) to perform actions such as attacking Epics, researching weaknesses, containing threats, earning money, acquiring plans, and manipulating the board. After players act, Epics activate and escalate, so the team must prioritize targets and synchronize actions to prevent the city’s population from collapsing and to uncover the final weakness needed to win.
