War Room

A global World War II operational game in which players command nations, coordinating with allies while issuing secret, simultaneous orders for movement and production. Players assign battle stances for land, sea and air units, manage territories and guard convoys to secure the resources needed for expansion. Combat resolves with those stances and order coordination, while production and logistics shape strategic options. Victory comes from capturing enemy capitals and degrading national morale through coordinated attacks and resource control.

It was ok. But I much prefer playing Triumph & Tragedy if I want something WW2 at 3 players, and If we end up being 5-6 players we'll rather play TI4. I highly recommend using timers to make people write orders fast as planning between players often takes way too much time. The hidden orders are really fun and I loved the idea of using trains to move units quickly, but the combat system was a bit too "large" without much meat on it. The game felt too light compared to the length of play.
