Players compete to land jobs by pairing absurd qualifications with real job postings and selling them to the group. Each round one player is the interviewer and draws a job card while others choose qualification cards from their hands to build a pitch. Players role-play interview answers, justify how their qualifications fit the job, and the interviewer selects the winning applicant. Rounds emphasize creativity, improvisation and social bluffing as players invent uses for strange qualifications and try to persuade the interviewer to hire them.
