Era of Tribes

Players lead a clan from the Neolithic into the High Middle Ages, developing an empire across Europe through worker placement. Each round, leaders are assigned to chambers on a tribal board—Expansion to found cities and collect resources, Trade to increase wealth, Taxes to levy income, Diplomacy to negotiate turn order or gain allies, and Improvement to unlock technologies that boost production, military strength, or movement. Actions also include managing morale with luxury goods, revolutions to advance epochs, and optional modules for faith and intelligence that affect opponents. Influence points from actions and secret influence cards determine the winner after one of several endgame conditions is met.
