Interstellar

Players lead seven human-machine hybrids aboard a starship on a multi-decade pilgrimage to colonize new worlds. On each turn players assign workers and perform actions to develop technologies, terraform destinations, and prepare for colonization while managing tableaux and resources. The game combines cooperative risk mitigation—handling disease, stress, ship damage, mutinies, and hostile forces—with competitive scoring; players collaborate to keep the voyage viable but also vie for the most victory points. Resolution uses dice-driven risks and tactical decision making as ship sections degrade and events force trade-offs between survival and advancement.
