Turns involve conducting research to acquire and then test technological advancements, purchasing and assembling spacecraft components, and spending rocket resources to maneuver missions between orbital and interplanetary locations. Planning and risk management govern play: players balance cost, speed, and safety when preparing journeys while racing opponents to complete objectives first.
