Small City: Deluxe Edition

Players act as mayor constructing a city on a 90° grid, placing Residences, Commerce and Industry to meet population needs while managing pollution. Buildings like Parks, Factories, Tourist Agencies, Firehouses and Police Stations provide specific abilities and produce jobs or resources used to develop Cultural Buildings and other structures. The game runs over eight rounds with the long-term objective of earning re-election; decisions balance growth, production and environmental impact. This edition updates rules, artwork and variants, and includes a revised solo mode.
