Vuelta de tuerca respecto al juego de tablero, ya que en lugar de disputar un partido lo que haces es gestionar toda una temporada. Vas fichando jugadores y añadiendo mejoras pero mantienes la esencia del bloodbowl (es decir, la violencia y en menor medida el juego del balón) con los enfrentamientos.
