Elfenland

Players are young elves racing to visit as many of the twenty Elfencities as possible over four rounds. Each round players draft and place transport tiles on routes (dragon, unicorn, raft, cloud, trollwagon, etc.), then play transportation cards to move along those routes, collect city tokens, and save one transport counter and some cards between rounds. Different transports interact with terrain differently and rafts move on waterways; players can also ‘caravan’ across a route by spending generic cards or place trouble tiles to slow opponents. At the end of the fourth round players reveal a secret home city and subtract points for distance from home; highest score wins.

Juego ligero y familiar, tiene mecánicas que recuerdan al Aventureros al tren del mismo autor, pero este juego es un pasito mas en el nivel de dificultad. Al principio puede parecer complejo pero tras una ronda todo el mundo ya anda planificando sin problemas sus movimientos en el tablero. Juego muy llamativo y absorbente para no jugones y familias. Tiene un lado negativo y es la cantidad de AP que provoca en todos los jugadores la planificación y replanificación de las rutas. Hay una expansión que esta descatalogada y añade mas profundidad estratégica para los jugones, pero a mi no me llama nada porque el juego ya provoca suficiente AP. El juego resulta muy divertido y es muy interactivo con otros jugadores siempre y cuando seas 4 o 5, con menos es un campo abierto sin competencia entre jugadores y con 5 y 6 puede ser un infierno de tiempos muertos La mecánica es muy atrayente para no jugones y suele gustar.
