玩家掷骰子，每次选取两个，并将它们配对组成多米诺骨牌，然后把多米诺骨牌抽入自己的地图。每块多米诺骨牌都展示了必须放置的地形，用来扩张小王国，并通过连接相同区域来得分。 策略性地选择骰子，招募要员来占据领地，并收集巫师的恩惠以获得特殊能力，影响选骰和放置。游戏以双人对决的形式快速进行，在保留原作拼放地块和区域计分核心的同时，通过选骰来创造每块多米诺骨牌。

Mohasz7.5 Adapts the gameplay of Kingdomino perfectly. All that's missing are the nice colorful tiles, but the trade-off is the better portability. The decisions are just as - if not more - interesting as in the original, plus this has the additional magic spells which add another layer to the game. Overall, I'm still not a huge fan of roll & writes, and I would play Ganz Schön Clever over this almost any time, but that just shows how great GSC is. This is still a good game.
