Players join an expedition across an Indonesian island, moving between locations from volcanic peaks to tropical rainforest to gather information for a shared travel notebook. On a turn, movement relative to a central notebook token determines actions: catch up to the notebook, research alongside it to take available information tiles, move ahead to refresh the pool of known and available tiles, or advance beyond the group to dig into new tiles first. Collected tiles represent flora, fauna, inhabitants, villages, equipment and other data; they are placed into a personal notebook grid and score according to pairing, presence across rows, and special combinations. Badges reward specific sets or broad diversity, while equipment is required for hazardous locations.
