LID-VA!

Work together as the management team of an NGO developing humanitarian projects around the world. Players face emergencies, social campaigns and educational initiatives by making decisions, selecting teams and coordinating people with diverse profiles, complementary skills and different perspectives. The cooperative objective is to complete missions while exploring leadership, communication, emotional intelligence and teamwork. Suggested rule variations introduce different levels of communication and competitiveness for educational, training, social and business settings.
