Skyjo
Each player lays out a 3x4 grid of face-down cards and reveals two to start. On a turn, a player may take the top card from the draw or discard pile and swap it with any card in their grid, revealing it if it was face-down, or simply discard the taken card. A round ends when one player has all cards face-up; everyone then reveals remaining cards and totals the values in their tableau. Columns of three identical cards are discarded and do not count toward the score. Cards range from -2 to 12, and play continues over rounds until a player reaches 100 or more points; the lowest total wins.
