Lead a band of mages on repeated Expeditions to confront increasingly powerful nemeses that emerge from the Breach. Play a short campaign by running multiple solo games in sequence; after each battle players gain treasures and new player cards that upgrade their abilities while enemies escalate in strength. Components and content from other standalone sets mix freely with this box, and the Expedition system lets players replay owned content in varied combinations to shape evolving challenges.
