Feierabend

Players manage a team of workers navigating after-work life and labor activism. Each round, place one or more workers on available evening activities—pub visits, dates, fishing, jogging—or on the union to earn strike tokens and push for better conditions. Leisure actions provide relaxation points or costs in money; some options unlock when workers form partnerships. Use strikes to win concessions from the employer—higher pay, fewer hours, equal pay for women, or paid vacation—which change how workers fare back on the factory board. After placements workers return to the workplace to earn income, gain stress, and generate further strike resources. The game ends when a team reaches a target amount of relaxation; the most relaxed team wins.
