Players act as stockbrokers in the late 19th-century industrial boom, balancing profit-seeking with public generosity. On each turn players buy and sell shares, pass and play market-manipulation cards with their two neighbors, and donate stock to charities that are converted to cash at round end. The game centers on shared, asymmetric information: each player knows different pieces of upcoming market activity and must deduce others' plans while managing portfolios. The highest net worth wins, but any player who gives the least to charity is automatically eliminated from victory regardless of wealth.
