Great coop-deckbuilding game. Never played a Legendary before and I think it's an awesome system. I haven't seen a single episode of Firefly and even this I enjoyed very much the game

I couldn't be less impressed with this game. I loved Legendary Aliens. I was hoping for some great things from this game. Mechanically it takes the things I liked in Aliens and adds nothing but bloat. It's also very lazy game design, as there are random events that punish you differently based on your initial character selections. Thematically, it also doesn't feel remotely like firefly, despite the game being setup to play through the series of episodes. I'm not impressed at the presence of bold keywords with abilities that require looking up in the rulebook on cards that have room for them to be written verbosely. The art is nothing to get excited about. ☆ Art, Iconography and components functional ☆ Clever or interesting mechanisms ★ Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players ☆ Multiple plays stay interesting ☆ Low or mitigatable luck elements ☆☆☆☆☆ Raw enjoyment
