Rise

Players take charge of a city’s economic and social development, advancing on ten tracks that represent areas like culture, science, politics and environmental conservation. Markers move along tracks to trigger effects, gain resources and accumulate influence while meeting population satisfaction and conservation requirements. A card-driven system introduces events and policy decisions that force changing priorities each round. After twelve rounds, players total influence to determine who shaped the city most successfully.
