Players take the role of islanders trying to increase prosperity over eight rounds by managing resources, rare items, local currency and tourists. Each round the archipelago expands and players program five action tokens onto action spaces; actions resolve by majority control so timing and blocking matter. Actions include gathering resources, carrying tourists between islands, trading cargo with foreign markets and drawing on the sand as a special income source. Currency automatically converts into prosperity when it reaches a threshold, and each turn players select one of several unique helpers that boost a chosen action. Gameplay emphasizes planning, majority control and interactive blocking as islands and sea resources become scarce.
