Elasund: The First City

Players work together and compete to build and fortify a bustling port city on Catan. Each turn, players place buildings, hire guards and merchants, and manage resources to develop districts while balancing cooperation so that pirate raids and other threats target rival quarters instead of their own. Negotiation, placement and timing drive the game as players vie for influence and prestige while contributing to the city’s overall defenses and infrastructure.
