Can I take more than one action on my turn?
No. On your turn, perform exactly one listed action; cards used for an action are generally flipped face down and cannot be used again that round (pp. 10–11).
When I use energy, can I save some for later or split it between companies?
No. You must use all energy cards in your action area at once, and their combined energy can expand only one company. Any energy you can’t or don’t want to spend is forfeited (pp. 12–13).
Do research-plan requirements add up, and do I have to use the cards that meet them?
Check each plan separately against cards currently face up in your action area; requirements are not cumulative. Those cards are not used up or flipped when checking requirements (p. 15).
Can I buy a card with resource cards, and use leftover value to advance a company track?
Yes. Your resource value must meet the card’s printed cost plus the board cost; if it exceeds that total, spend the remaining units to advance one or more company tracks (p. 11).
When I drop out, do I get all my resting decks back?
No. Pick up exactly one resting deck into your hand, then move each card from your action slots to a different resting slot (p. 18).
