Living Planet

Players act as rival Galactic Corporations exploiting a volatile alien world for profit before it self-destructs. The map expands through exploration while teams operate factories and deploy vehicles to extract resources. Players construct buildings, move units, and trade on a fluctuating stock market to convert resources into money. Actions come from a personal card set that also triggers planet-wide cataclysms, so environmental hazards are generated by player choices. Turns rotate a leader who sets the action sequence each round: resource production, chosen actions (Explore, Move, Construct, Trade, etc.), then resolution of cataclysms. Endgame scoring awards points for accumulated money, buildings, and controlled vehicles.
