Players lead rival bands of treasure hunters into a haunted manor on the night rare phenomena make treasures appear in certain rooms. They explore rooms, read and interpret glyphs to locate riches and avoid cursed chambers that awaken specters. Gameplay mixes deduction, hidden information, bidding and bluffing as players move hunters, stake claims on rooms, and withhold or reveal clues to mislead opponents. Conflicts arise when multiple bands contest high-value locations. The round ends when a player deploys all hunters or everyone consecutively passes, and the band holding the most treasure while avoiding curses wins. Multiple difficulty modes and optional advanced modules adjust complexity and replayability.
