Witch's Brew

Players draft five role cards from a personal twelve-card deck, then reveal and resolve them in sequence. Each role offers a full action and a lesser favor action; the first player to take a role may perform the full action while later players can take the favor or attempt to claim the full action and risk being overruled by subsequent players. Roles provide different ways to acquire ingredients and money, which players spend to brew potions shown on communal cauldron cards. After five rounds of role resolution, players choose another set of five cards and repeat until the game ends. Optional expansions add support for a sixth player, amulets to tweak three-player play, and magical ability cards that modify certain roles.
