Players invest in and operate railroad companies across 19th- and early-20th-century India, expanding track, buying and selling shares, and running revenue-generating train routes. The game combines stock-market maneuvering with route-building and train upgrades: players bid on companies, lay track tiles on a map, purchase locomotives, and manage company finances and dividends. Variable setup replaces much in-game randomness, so each session presents different company options and strategic choices. Designed for 2–5 players and lasting around three hours, the game emphasizes economic planning and long-term operational decisions.
