Beasts

Players cooperate to climb through a sequence of three-digit numbers by transforming the current number one digit at a time. On a turn a player plays all cards of one suit from their hand, placing them into digit slots to create a new number that must be higher than the previous one. Certain card types summon beasts that impose placement restrictions and react when placed above matching cards, causing them to shift or flee. Communication is severely limited, so the group relies on inference, shared discard tokens, and careful sequencing to manage where beasts move and to use every card effectively.
