Players cooperate as distinct heroes who travel through a modular map of mist-shrouded locations, confronting randomized encounters and monsters governed by a simple AI. Each hero begins with a fixed deck of equipment and power cards and gains access to advanced ability pools that can be added to the deck to customize progression. Gameplay emphasizes deck-driven actions, tactical positioning, and managing encounters across a campaign-style journey. The scenario setup, enemy placement and event decks vary each session, supporting solitaire play or cooperative play for up to four players (design supports solo and small-group games).
