Le Havre: The Inland Port

Two players manage a harbor over twelve rounds, acquiring resources, constructing buildings and optimizing a shared warehouse. Each round a set of buildings enters the market; players alternate either building one of the available buildings or activating an existing building’s effect. Constructing requires money and/or resources from a player’s warehouse, while many buildings change resource levels when used, so players must combine actions to fit the warehouse’s capacity constraints. Players may pay the opponent to use their buildings. Unused buildings gain value as they sit on a facility track, but neglect can force a sale at half value. Scoring totals buildings’ worth and cash.
