Magical Athlete

Players draft a stable of eccentric racers using shared seed money, buying from a rotating display whose prices drop as unbought racers shift down a track and new options are revealed. Play consists of 4–5 sprint races. For each race, players secretly choose one of their drafted racers, then take turns rolling a d6 to advance along the track while applying each racer's unique special power that alters movement or grants pre/post-race effects. The first two finishers in each race score victory points (with later races worth more). The player with the most points after all races wins.
