Players take the role of gods in a fading pantheon who must secure mortal belief to guide the world from darkness into civilization. Each player manages a character board and a transmutation device to channel and bind energy, using it to build monuments, claim tiles, and achieve lasting feats for end-game scoring. Turns are either charging and openly programming the device or spending programmed energy to execute actions; all information is visible and randomness is limited to tile setup. The game focuses on engine building and resource programming, with unlockable player powers, a modular board, and multiple paths to build an engine that must be adapted as the game progresses.
