Players work together as members of a deep-sea expedition seeking the lost continent of Mu. The game uses trick-taking rounds where each mission assigns specific tasks—such as winning or avoiding particular tricks—and communication between players is highly restricted. Players must coordinate card play, manage timing, and adapt strategy to complete the mission objectives. A mission-based campaign provides escalating challenges with variable difficulty and task combinations, and the game scales for two to five players, emphasizing tight cooperation and careful planning over several short, puzzle-like rounds.

Cooperative basic trick taking with objectives (don't take any 6, take no yellow, take two 6s, etc). The theme is absolutely pasted on in a ridiculous way, but the game is simple and fun - if you like this kind of games. To me it would be ok to play one or two hands now and then, to kill the time

When exactly can I use my sonar token — before tricks start, between tricks, or anytime?

You may use a sonar token only after tasks are distributed and before the first trick (each token is single-use); you cannot give new sonar information during trick play (pages 5–6).

Can I use sonar to show a submarine card?

No — submarine cards are prohibited from being shown with a sonar token (page 6).

Are submarines always trump, and do I have to win a trick if I can with a trump?

Submarines are the trump suit and beat other colors, but there is no obligation to win a trick even if you could (page 4).

How many task points should we draw for a mission, and what if the task totals don't match the mission value?

Use the mission’s difficulty icon and the task-card values for your player count, drawing and skipping tasks until the total equals the mission value exactly (page 8).

How do I mark a task as completed when I win the required cards/tricks?

Place the trick cards you win beneath the corresponding task card to show progress; when the task’s condition is met flip or mark the task as completed and log the attempt as described (pages 16 and 10).

What does the distress signal do — how do we pass cards and does it cost attempts?

Activating the distress signal lets every player pass one card (no submarine cards) all in the same direction, and using it adds +1 to your mission attempt count (page 15).
